Traveling from Halls Creek to KNX on short notice via Greyhound Bus, we made a last minute booking around 4pm. I didn't read the email until we got in range... read more about an hr out from Kununurra and noticed it said to contact them if arriving after 5pm.
I was worried as we were arriving around 8pm but after contacting the hotel, the Manager already had a plan B if we arrive before 8pm to pick up the key at the fish n chip shop on site and a Plan C where she was happy to meet us at the gate to let us in.
We arrived after 8pm and check in was smooth and easy. We spent 2 nights here and I can honestly say the customer service was awesome. They even sell cold drinks at reception after walking around town on a hot day.
Thank you for being extra nice to my client who i was escorting to the hospital.

The pet en-suite was... read more handy to be able to pop out for them to stretch their legs and do their business. Was lovely to have a swim in the pool and the room was spacious with a lovely big bed. A decent place to stay the night.

Everyone has been so helpful.... read more Being able to cook our own meals has been so great & the short walk to Coles & other shops makes it easy. After being on the Gibb it has been glorious to have our own shower with lovely hot water. Even with three kids we have had enough space to really relax during our stay. Thank you so much!!

Beautiful pool that’s a hidden gem and the oasis looking courtyard in the centre of the property is just Devine. A couple of pupper pats definitely increased my joy at this motel.
I can’t believe it is meant to be a backpackers. Definitely recommend you stay here when visiting Kununurra.
